Update regarding my YTM's Rim Pack mod

You know the other one of my popular mods I made which add rims from other games, and even some of the models were made from scratch by either me (in the future update) or someone else, right. I'm now here to announce the fate of my YTM's Rim Pack mod.

Changes regarding Addon-to-Replace

As you may have noticed, I have converted some of my newest NFS Most Wanted vehicles to ModLoader. While, of course, ModLoader is a very old way of installing NFS Most Wanted mods, there are still people who play with ModLoader mods instead of starting to use more recommended Addon mods for... some specific reason. Due to my laziness and wanting to throw ModLoader people a bone, I am loosening the restriction of Addon-to-Replace to the level of "Allowed with Permission", which means anyone can convert my Addon mods to Replace, but you also gotta make sure you ask me first before you do so.
